We ship orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO address. We cannot ship internationally or to U.S. territories from our U.S. site. You can still shop online by locating your country-specific A'Chill site here. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or a post office box may require additional time for processing and delivery, can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery and cannot be expedited.

Multiple Shipments
We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, your card will be charged per package as each package ships. Your order total will stay the same.
International Shipping
U.S. A'ChillTrade.com orders cannot be shipped internationally, but A'Chill offers online shopping options in several countries worldwide. Please visit https://www.achilltrade.eu. Please note that not all countries on the page have shopping options but may have sites containing information about A'Chill products. U.S. A'ChillTrade.com orders can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. A'Chill doesn’t currently ship to U.S. territories, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses. Purchases on the U.S. A'ChillTrade.com site can be made with a U.S. affiliated credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid U.S. address. We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.
Shipping Address Change
We cannot change your shipping address after your order is placed. If you'd like to change the shipping address, please cancel the order within one hour after placing your order and place a new order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
For Afterpay orders, items can be canceled from your order up to one hour after the order is placed; however, items cannot be added to your order and shipping method cannot be modified.

Important Information About Payment
We accept debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also accept PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery (CODs), Personal Check, Layaway Plans or Cash. If you are concerned about whether buying in our online shop is secure, please be assured that we use systems and software to protect your purchase.
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Sales tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax or use tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. The 3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the actual time of the transaction and subsequently protect him or her against unauthorised use of the card. MasterCard SecureCode authentication requires the cardholder to register their card on the card issuer’s website to take advantage of this service.
If you are registered, at the time of payment, a screen from your card issuer will prompt you to enter the unique personal code that you have registered with them. The card issuer then validates your personal code and approves the transaction.
If you are not registered, but the bank that issued your MasterCard supports SecureCode, you may be prompted to sign up for MasterCard SecureCode as you check out. You can also read more here.
